Torre Ebrí (Ebrí Tower)

It is located 496 m. above sea level, right on the slope of the Sierra de Irta adjoining the Mediterranean. Its location was carefully chosen, following a meticulous study of the topography of our coasts, since, for example, from this point on a clear day one can see all the way to the Ebro Delta.

It was erected to protect the population against landings and attacks by Berber and Turkish pirates along the coast. The floor plan is circular, 5.5 meters in diameter and 8.5 meters in height.
